According to page 2-56 of the 2017 Sedan and Utility Modifier guide (Pigtail Information) you are looking for Service Pigtail # CU2Z-14S411-APA That's the same pigtail part number shown on the original picture you posted. Front Lower Control Arm rear bushings. Replaced both and problem resolved.

I've spent an hour underneath the front end with the tires off and a pry bar. There is some minor give in each rear control arm bushings (~1/4") when I lean on the pry bar, and none at all at the fronts. Sway bar and link ends are tight. All subframe bolts and mounts seem tight. No signs of any move...

Not Torque steer.
2" movement of hood to the left.
