KYB Struts

Post by hbjjam » Thu Feb 21, 2013 8:35 pm

Looking at replacing all 4 and there is not much offered out there.
Monroe does not make all four corners, and some what reluctant on factory as they have not been the greatest.

Anyone use KYB brand on thier cars? Wondering if they are better, worse or the same over stock.

I have KYB's on the front and I think they are great. It is a firmer strut than the original Motorcraft's so the handling is better but still has a good ride.

If they made the self-leveling ones for the rear, I would buy them which is why I haven't been as motivated to replace the rear with Motorcrafts.

I recommend getting Bilstein struts.

http://www.vivaperformance.com/shock-ab ... -struts-5/

these are all compatible as it uses the same suspension.
