2011 Taurus SEL clunk in wheel when turning

Hey guys, I have a 2011 Taurus with 100k miles on it. When I accelerate around a corner, like after a traffic light, I hear, and feel a clunk. It sounds like it is either the steering or suspension, on driver's side. It sounds as if a large rock hit the bottom of the car. Performance does not seem to be effected, it corners fine and accelerates fine. Any ideas/costs?

Could be a CV joint. I'd look at the boots and see if they are ripped or missing.
