I have a 2013 ecoboost and after running for 10 mins, at idle theres a weird burning type smell that comes through the vents. If I turn it on recirculate, smell goes away. I dont see anything leaking and I dont smell it outside the car. Also theres no smell when driving, only at red lights. I know the explorers had a problem with cracked exhaust manifolds, but dont think it applies to the sedan or the ecoboost. Any ideas?

Check coolant temp (when car is running & warmed up) and your coolant level (when the car not running and cold of course) If the car has any sign of overheating you could have the dreaded failing water pump. Watch out for this because mixing oil and coolant will kill your engine.

I was driving home this morning from work and I popped the hood when I got home. There was some minor smoking from the rear of the engine. It looks like the charge pipe going to the rear is leaking from the rubber coupler. Anyone know if just the couple can be replaced as the whole pipe is like $250?
