Ptu leak

Post by Tech88 » Sat Sep 07, 2019 3:31 pm

So I recently started to smell a weird burning smell when the air is on, only at idle. I have a feeling the ptu is leaking on the exhaust. I believe I read somewhere that the interceptors have a sensor to monitor ptu temp. Is that true? I'm gonna climb underneath tonight to check it out.

You have a 2013 which might not have the PTU monitoring system, not sure. I know the later cars had it for sure.

Do you know if it was a drain plug?
