Door jamb key pad

Post by Tech88 » Sat Dec 08, 2018 2:52 pm

I noticed my 13 PIS has the keyless entry key pad on the outside of the front left door jamb. Is it possible to unlock this feature with forscan?

I don't think so, that function is in the SYNC3 APIM module, which My 2013 does not have.

Door Keypad Menu & Ambient Lighting 17-18 APIM 7D0-01-02 XXX*-XXXX-XXZZ 8 = Keypad Disabled & Lighting Disabled, 9 = Keypad Enabled & Lighting disabled,  A = Keypad Disabled & Lighting Enabled, B = Keypad Enabled & Lighting Enabled

Yeah, I was told Sync came with the rear camera, but I have no modules for it, even though I have the camera.

Seems it's whatever the department could afford when bought...Mines a former Virginia trooper car, and the state spec'd carpet, cloth seats, backup cam, and not much else.

This is for F-150, not Taurus.

I'm not saying that spreadsheet isn't wrong, just that it exists. I'm off to the dentist, but when I get back, I will be sitting down with the laptop for a session and see what actually works on my 2013.

some of these are untested or not for interceptor.
DON'T buy from paid PI mod sites, stay away from dealer programming! message me for help or questions.

the department where I got my car from is so cheap, they took the spotlight, the lamp, and backup camera out of my car
